These consultancy activities encompass strategic and customised support in all phases of the complex process of drafting and updating the Organisational Model, including risk assessment activities, adaptation of the internal control system and implementation of risk prevention and mitigation measures.

In the context of the Supervisory Bodies, the consultancy extends to support in the preparation of meeting minutes and periodic reporting reports, as well as assistance in drawing up audit plans that are customised and modulated according to the organisational reality and risk profile presented by the Company.
